We only accept one vision insurance, VSP (Vision Service Plan), as an Out-of-Network provider. If you have VSP vision insurance, please call our office and we can verify whether your vision insurance is valid with us.
In addition, We always give our patients eye exam receipts that they can submit to their outside insurance for reimbursement if they wish. Finally, Costco employees have eye exam benefits with us, and eyeglass or contact lens coverage with Costco optical.
